At the core of the menu is our exceptional steak program, featuring premium Australian cuts, expertly selected and grilled to perfection, alongside house-made antipasti, hand-rolled pasta, seafood, and classic Italian dolci.

From grass-fed pure-blood Chianina - one of the world’s oldest and largest cattle breeds, prized for its porcelain-white appearance and exceptional flavour and served at only a select few restaurants in Australia—to Speckle Park, each cut is chosen for provenance, integrity, and depth of flavour, then cooked simply to let the beef speak for itself.

A curated selection of Italian, European, and Australian wines complements every dish, while the bar serves Bellinis, Martinis, and Campari‑led spritzes for aperitivo or golden-hour gatherings.
