Café Margaret is located next door to its sister restaurant, Margaret, on the corner of Bay Street and Guilfoyle Avenue. Open from breakfast through to dinner, Café Margaret offers a relaxed all-day menu designed for grazing and sharing. 

In the morning, enjoy a healthy bowl or a classic bacon, cheese and egg roll, Neil's classic club sandwich with chicken, bacon, tomato and aioli or an indulgent 4 cheese and caramelised onion toastie. 

Later in the day, there’s also a thoughtful selection of small plates and salads such as preserved tuna Nicoise, Caesar salad and Ploughman’s lunch. You’ll also find an impressive range of mains including crisp crumbed fish burger and ultimate steak sandwich with chips and cafe de Paris chip roll.  

And of course, Café Margaret is home to the iconic Next Door American Cheeseburger, named No. 1 in Australia and No. 10 in the world by World’s 25 Best Burgers.

A Grab & Go menu of delicious sweet treats, sandwiches, wraps, salads and the Next Door American Cheeseburger is also available throughout the day and night.

Bookings are recommended for dinner, but walk-ins are always welcome.
